I believe the song that Dan is referring to is a song that I have not heard before. It is the last song they sing but it also lasts a long time because the worship leader and also later a man who I believe is the pastor spend some time talking about the song. It is a song that talks about God's holiness and the fact that he is so worthy of our lives and praise etc. The controversial part is that there is a verse in the song that says "you say, I am holy, holy, holy". I know that it can be controversial to say that but the Bible says it as well (1 Corinthians 3:17 and Ephesians 1:3-7. Also we are called "saints" throughout the New Testament. Saints literally means "holy ones".
