I understand what you’re saying. I am a 77 year old widow. I job hunting, but until I find work, I’m living on Social Security of $1,145 a month, here in So Cal. God has blessed me with a room in the home of a couple from my church. For me, even a tithe is sacrificial, but I ache to be able to give more. This message has so opened my eyes to the fact I have not been putting myself in my giving. Thank you for all of this teaching. I ask God to make clear to me how to die to myself in the right area so any time I give it includes a deep giving of myself to God.

1:35:08 I am glad he said that Tithing is a law, but we are not under the law. So we don't have to tithe. I think he is one of the few people who will actually tell people this. Giving sacrificially to people is very good. I definitely agree with this.
