Legit, it’s that and the stress of raising the money everyday for why I haven’t had a daily habit for knocking on 4 years now, but I’m still at the “ payday “ dabble stage, after 22 years. That and the fact that after I have it for a few days in a row I feel like it’s not getting me stoned anymore, 75% of the time I think the heat is shite nowadays, and the other 25% it either just does a little something or it is actually ok / mediocre.

Thanks Billy for sharing. Life at times is difficult. It tests the strongest of men and women. Being free from addiction is wonderful - A blessing, however life is still difficult at times. We all have 2 choices in what we do. 1, FEAR. A, We face everything and run or B, We face everything and recover!. There's a saying 'This to Shall Pass'. This is very true!. I try to keep my peace of mind, I have to do whatever that takes!. That may mean that I have to make difficult choices. I have to avoid certain negative influences. That may be people, places or things. Having peace of mind is priceless and should be fought for, and we need to do everything to keep it!. Anyway Billy, thanks for your vid. John. 🤔👍

When the emotions start to come up sometimes very often its the first time we are confronted with these negative feelings. Having a supportive space and time to reflect helps gain self regulation. Observing the results of former inmates using spice had an impact on you, their vulnerablity resonated with your own vulnerablity . Your strong resolve and commitment to not use demonstrated your level self-awareness . You chose to take care of you ,writing to safe your life. You had a focus which then took you away from people, places and things.

Good words he gave ya there bill lad, an al remember them myself. About the medication for mental stuff, I used to be on all kinds with the last one being sertraline along time ago. Anyway I just stopped them and apparently it’s dangerous but I did and may not of helped but ye a did and chose natural stuff and tha is cbd oils and also teas like camomile etc etc. Then I had the cbd bud and still to this day have it and haven’t been on medication tablets for along time. I use it to help me sleep aswell and other things, wanna add the oil again to have through out the day like a little top up. The bud isn’t addicting, well isn’t for me anyway and from my experience smoking weed (the thc strong stuff) back in the day with biff I think it was the biff mixed with it tha made me feel like oh I need weed or a smoke because I haven’t got them feelings of dying for a smoke since I just smoke the cbd bud now on its own without any biff. Like now I havent smoked cbd bud since a week today because I am currently on antibiotics for tooth pain and chose to not have any cbd bud or ale so I can let these antibiotics work to the fullest and to wait till my tooth’s taken out and then wait a little longer till it’s healed. But ye anyway it proves me point tha from my experiences it was mainly mixing with the biff tha mainly made me feel like i was dying for it, anyway will remember them words he said to ya, good words them. Ya don’t have to smoke cbd bud either, i also have it with a dry herb vaporiser.

Twice I dipped my toe into Anti, d. A month in I was worse than when I Started so I stopped, and rode it through. Medication in moderation informed decisions less trolling Medical shit on Google.
