I love the switch from Jas and Price eating like kings and casually farming to Ash and Rik frantically running around a campfire away from hordes of spiders night after night.

If price knew how he can utilize his ability to tame spiders and make them fight each other, they would’ve never had to go through this.

To get rid of spiders befriend a couple then attack some from a different nest so they war

Price! Your superpower as Webber isn't to set traps -- it's to start MASSIVE SPIDER CIVIL WARS. Feeding a spider any kind of meat will make it follow you and fight for you. If you feed a few spiders, then go and attack another spider elsewhere, your spiders will attack that spider (and pull that spider's aggro away from you), and other spiders will see spiders attacking spiders and aggro on one side or the other, and you'll get a great bloody spider massacre while you just stand around and collect the loot.

Price feed a few spiders they can be come your friend and them go attack a spider but make sure not to hit and your spider friend will agro on it and then all the spider will going to start a spider civil war. You can then kill what little spiders are left and taken out the nests and plus you get lots of resources.

Jas, horses kite just like pigmen and the bunnymen. Attack when they stand still and wait for them when they move to kite. Im not the best at kiting but I found this to be effective against them

Oh this could go so much simper if you had Webber feeding 4 spiders and then attacking another one and making them all fight each other

Edit: also use all those spider glands for healing salves, they heal 20 each and never spoil! If you plan on using toothtraps as your main way to fight hounds (and you will most times be near it during hound fights) then I’d recommend having 40+ traps. I have a 100 because I haven’t died yet in my world and don’t plan on it, but 40 is just fine. If you constantly guide them around you won’t get hit at all, but it’s best to wear a helmet just in case.

well i would agree with you, but the healing salves use rocks which are very useful for other crafting recipies like walls or thermal stones(they run out of durability so fast) and there are better ways to heal up like food(pierogies which rik can eat as well heal 40hp and 5sanity) if that is not enough there are also honey poultices that heal 30hp (stack to 40 irrelevant but in this case irrelevan) and DONT SPOIL so if the healing salves are the only thing useful for quick health then i dont mind there are just so many other options (btw dragon pie is 40hp lol)

Price should stay with the spiders since spiders love him I think it will bring up your sanity if you friend them by feeding meat

DON'T FEED THE SPIDERS AND MAKE THEM ATTACK THE NESTS. Befriend a couple spiders and make them attack EACH OTHER and you will get a ton of monster meat, spider glands and silk. Just make sure that only webber does this

Yo, I made a world and turned up the appearance of tallbirds and robot creatures to second-highest (or maybe highest-highest) amount and now I have about 250 gears, and that's after making 3 fridges and upgrading the robot guy ALL the way. I just keep hoarding gears even though I have no use for them. The robots just keep fighting the beefalo and tallbirds and I run through the battlefield grabbing all the gears.

You guys should make meaty stew for Rik and everyone it gives you a good amount of health and gives you 120 hunger the easiest way (in my opinion) is just 4 meat monster meat works too it will also work with three of any meat and a veggie

Quick tip: If you need to get insane quickly eat 4 of those glommer pinky things that the vomits out It will get you to 0 sanity It might be more for different characters

anna t. Since they are in early game, they don't really want nightmare fuel, so they want to stay sane. And btw, glommers goop destroys 50 sanity per.

Its sad that i cant recommend you guys when you guys still cant control the game yet. Price you can do the delay animation attack with the spidey problem. What you need to do is to befriend a spider then attack other spider but stop before you hit it. This causes the one spider to attack you and the spider will start to attack each other
