I loved your video!! I am looking to get licensed and yes cons did make me nervous, especially the fees to keep the license but when you proceeded to say as long as I am willing to learn and apply that knowledge and be self motivated then it gave me confidence. Are you in Ontario currently?

Sounds exactly what I should be doing with my time. I'm already doing everything you mentioned as a social media manager. Social media will also help with organic promotion. I believe this would be perfect for me. I've always wanted to be a land lord. I didn't know until today that I could get a property management training as part of licensing. And I hadn't thought about becoming a real estate agent (seriously) for me personally ever. But I've always wanted to own multiple properties and I would enjoy to help others find the perfect properties. I'm in Alberta and would be based here. If you have any next video for me... I have no friends or connections yet in real estate I can easily contact or recall. Any help would be cool.

Another thing to keep in mind is, those real estate courses were harder than my university. So do you really want to take a big risk in a sales job and pay tons of money in board fees a year, or get a diploma or better in a university, and get a legitimate career that pays plus benefits when you work and not sales based and no yearly fees for graduates. I'm happy the way things worked out for me, but keep in mind that the majority of agents don't make it and either leave the business or turn to part time. or just park their license. RECOS own numbers. If for some reason my real estate license and university creditable got taken away from me and I had to do it again, I would definitely go back to university. Just my opinion.

Thank you very much for this video. I feel really excited to consider this career after this. I would not personally be deterred by the cons except that I have a wife, a 3 year old and a 6 year old and those young kids need a lot of attention. So while long hours might not bother me they might make raising the family difficult. Also, in the beginning when studying and then working with no fixed income, would you recommend living off of savings or doing a part-time job or side hustle to make sure the family is taken care of?

Success is dependent on the action or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man who doesn't have an investment and I will tell you how soon he'll go broke. Investment is building a safe haven for the future: with the right choice of investment that has at least 1% minimum risk and with an Expert guidance, profit and interest should be 💯 guaranteed.

I agree with you 💯... I had a senior colleague at work who was doing well but never had an investment. Unfortunately he lost his job and went from living a comfortable life to hardship. There would had been something to fall back on if he had an investment

Hello Aditya I just saw two video about real estate agent and I love both. I am also willing to learn real estate as my second career. One question for this future opportunity is can I start course with my current job and is it necessary to left this job once you get license? Because as you said no fix income right and I don’t have that solid back support in terms of money that I can live easy family life. If I start this career as part time and as soon as I am earning well then I will more focus on real estate career does it work? I know that I strongly have skills to learn and execute this with new career. What you think please answer question that will be greatly appreciated.
