Back in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

If anything, it'll get worse. Very soon, affordable housing will no longer be affordable. So anything anyone want to do, I will advise they do it now because the prices today will look like dips tomorrow. Until the Fed clamps down even further, I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. You can't halfway rip the band-aid off.

Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes.If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.

Personally, I can connect to that. When I began working with "Colleen Janie Towe’’ a fiduciary financial counsellor, my advantages were certain. In these circumstances, I would always advise getting professional help so they can steer you through choppy markets and just give you indicators and strategies for knowing when to enter and exit the market.

I realised that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell my self you don't need that new car or vacation just yet and the mindset helps me make more money gdpminer. For example last year I invested 70k in gdpminer and crypt0s( with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k,but guess what I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm running up close to a million.. Delayed gratification always pays off. Never give up on your dreams and make investment your priority

Respect, how are the employment opportunities in the Bay Area for newer agents? I’m planning on getting licensed in 6 months, unfortunately I need to relocate to California to receive my license because I can’t get it where I’m currently at. I absolutely love this video! I'm a newly licensed agent, about 2 weeks now. I'm already a business owner, so a lot of what this video discusses I have been through. It's 100% the truth. I already know that success takes time, but it takes even more time if you don't get to work and learn how to become the best. I haven't gotten any sales as of yet but before I even passed my state exam I started posting and letting people know that I was becoming an agent, I created social media accounts, got a email list together, and started looking for a broker! Customers are everywhere you just have to dedicate yourself to your work, and don't be discouraged. If you go in knowing that this is mostly work and networking the first year, you will be fine. Just know the harder you work, the more results you will get. This video definitely helped me map out more time of my day. I am advertising like crazy, I haven't even sold a property and know how and I am posting as if I sold 20. Like he said if you show confidence in what you do others can see that, and hear it ! Stay positive and good luck 👍

Three years later. Did you follow through and are you still in real estate today? Do you enjoy it if you are? I am 21 and just got my first sales job selling boats and I want to commit to becoming a real estate agent within the next year. In the next 6 months my goal is to move to part time and during my time away from the typical 9-5 I want to fall under the wing of a successful agent somewhere in my area. I will be doing as much research until then and I hope I follow through!

@Jeffrey Harmon ✪ This is a shocker seeing melisa pamela perez is being mentioned here. I always had mixed feelings about hiring a lnvestment advisor. For the record, I started working with melisa in 2019, and she manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but she made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trends

@@TheLastInferno The first year is about learning and marketing yourself but mostly learning. Don't worry about commission splits and all that crap the 1st year. You need a good brokerage.
