Got to love Spidey. He just wanders along, swiping hay from everyone's pile en route. Keeps on munching while saying "hi" to Wunder. Uniek was so obviously annoyed with his thievery. Those flattened ears and head gestures said, "Leave off my hay pile, shorty! Beat it!"

Spidey wants to stop and say hello to all the horses. Uniek gave him the pinned ears and Saly really meant it with bared teeth. They are saying “go away tiny horse.” Good thing Spidey is quick & doesn’t seam to have hurt feelings.

I love the way Friesians horses arch their necks and Saly was using her's to reach out and reprimand Spidey for daring to touch her foal. I noticed as Spidey wandered down the stalls that both Uniek and Reintje also put their ears back warning him off.

Uniek was quite a gentle lady, she just shown Spidey the way. He kept returning to Wûnder, despite Saly twice went for the bite :) But have you noticed that he wasn't getting near Reintje? Being his closest neighbour, probably lesson learned by Spidey not to get close to the blackest of the ladies. Wûnder is very sweet, calm, curious and has outstanding physical traits. Thanks Yvonne for the video, and give a kiss to all the new foals of 23, especially Zenna, and her "super sweet and proud" mem Gea. And not to forget, give a kiss to Lianne and Geertje (the horse) too :)

I'll give Spidey his credit. That little horse is B-R-A-V-E!!! Even when Saly nearly took off his ear, he didn't give up. He was just as determined to check Wûnder out as Wûnder was to check him out. It occurs to me that this is the first time that Spidey has ever really interacted with a horse that is *younger* than he is. Perhaps he had the realization that he's not the "baby" anymore. Wûnder was really interested in Spidey, wasn't he? The way the two of them touched noses and breathed on each other reminded me of a long ago video where Yvonne explains that this is how horses recognize each other. It seems like these two will become friends, if Saly doesn't intervene. Saly's "attack" on Spidey when he didn't heed her warnings and leave Wûnder alone was something to see! Wow! Those horses move quick, don't they? I expected Uniek to give Spidey the "Saly treatment" when he had the audacity to stand right there and eat her food right in front of her face. I couldn't believe that Uniek let him get away with that, but she did. Maybe she's mellowing out in her retirement. 🤔 Once again. Yvonne's video of her horses doesn't disappoint. I enjoyed it very much. Thanks, Von! 👁❤Friesian 🐎🐎🐎!

Spidey: 'These big black mares really are frustrated and unfriendly! I was born here and I'm trying to teach them the positive vibes of Stal. H. If I approach them again and again, maybe they' ll start to feel better. The little one already seems to fit in my stable. 👍

Watching Wunder sniffing at Spidey is soooo sweet 🥰 and at the same time very funny to see how Spidey even froze in his chewing movements - that clearly made my day 🤩. Thanks so much for your daily updates from the herd, very much appreciated ❤!

Saly can be scary 😳😬! Otherwise such a fine, dear mem🧐. Sidey was not at all aggressive against Wünder. Rather, it looked like the beginning of friendship. Wünder can make the "swan neck" so beautiful , like a very big stallion 😍🤩!

I was bit by a protective quarter horse mom when I was five years old. I don’t know if I cried more from pain or from my childish offence that an animal wouldn’t like me. It’s made me very cautious about horses ever since.

Aww this is before Peach & Mario so I think we just found the original adorable duo in Stal H Wunder the Chosen One and Spidey that acrobat the way he goes to Yvonne looking dejected after Saly told him off @ his baby clacking 🥹Saly says “I heard what a rabble rouser you are your mother told me now be gone you’ll be a horrible influence on my precious Prince he’s no delinquent”💙❤️🔥🐎👑

Something I forgot to add:please no remarks on Saly schooling Spidey,like Yvonne said it’s normal and Saly was very clear in her message Spidey listened and is fine Saly didn’t intend to hurt him,his pride may be a bit wounded but that’s all. This is the way equine’s communicate it may seem harsh but it’s how young horses learn they don’t have hands or human words as a result they utilize what they were given body language their ears and sometimes their hooves and teeth to make a point but the majority of the time ear pinning is all it takes Saly felt like Spidey needed to understand that she was serious. Thank you for all the support and positivity so many of you bring it’s beautiful to see all the support Shannon MOD 😊

😂😂 that was hysterical! Spidey with a mouth full of food just standing there while Wunder checks him out. It's like hey, you want to be my friend and Saly says, Nope!!
