Its early August and I just watched an episode of PokerStars Big Game on Tour, or whatever the new one is called. Loose canons name was Lilly. They showed her away from the table, and for a quick moment I thought to myself, that guy standing next to her looks like Jamon. Then this video shows up in my feed for the first time, and sure enough, here's the same Lilly with Jamon buying a new car.

I frequently see players showing their hand to only 1 other player. I thought the rule was show one show all?

"By the book" you are correct that is the rule. 5/10 is basically the last stake where the players DONT essentially run the game and this "show 1, show all" rule is often broken. If someone else "asks" to see it, of course they can. There are more negatives than positives then attached to that person as asking to see someones hand in that fashion is typically the behavior that is attached to a more nitty player. At lower stakes however, that rule is sometimes AGGRESSIVELY enforced
