Old Ray's place: F2p can max out current gen as well as P2P. New Ray's place: F2p can max out previous gen, current gen is for spenders only.

I'm F2P 100%, but it seems that my Maddie is still better than MIA. Not sure why. A bit more context, Maddie skills lvl 9, MIA skills lvl 3. But the latter increments in skills should be that drastic that it can be better than Maddie?

In comparison to lucky, Jeb, Carlos is still good, especially with the fact most low to high Spenders will struggle to get him. He will last over 3 generation of heroes
