She’s recorded many hypnotic sexy songs in the 80s, 90s, and the 2000s. Her voice was undiminished. The vocal processing is just producers playing around, trying to strike a contemporary. I see why she didn’t release this one. She was just having fun here.

@@karimbennett5651 i guess i meant sexy or erotic when i said hypnotic. I have all her music and besides “ im a fire”, nit much of the sexy “hypnotic” songs.....in my opinion. I also know the auto tune was for effect but i never liked it. Towards the end of her life, i noticed, like all great singers, she didn’t have that power anymore. That being said, she was still a better singer than most. I saw her a couple of years before she past and she did give a great concert. Im actually very sad about her dying.

Me too only person I never knew who is a part of my family, and my family knows it, Donna there always be a you.

She died of lung cancer. That would effect her vocal strength for sure.

@@rgrndu your right about the cancer. Its also a natural thing that happens to singers. Listen to Streisand , madonna, or ross in their heyday and then listen to their latest song . All i was saying is its too bad , but that is how it goes. I think it is more noticeable with female than males

You are absolutely right, processing of her voice was a crime and it spoiled everything.

Never, Nathan "will never release another Donna track".... he wrote many with her and has lots in his private archives, but had a fallout w Giorgio Moroder I believe, happened when " La Dolce Vita" was released with Giorgio Moroder adding his bit and sharing credit w Donna on the official "Love To Love You Donna" some years ago. Just found out Nathan not such a nice Christian either with all this political stuff going on. He is ANTI lots of things and quite JUDGEMENTAL.

@@raelsandoval571 He said he'd album's worth of material with her but no one wants to release it. He didn't fall out with Moroder. It was just lying on a shelf until he put his 'oh dear she's dead' bit on it. Then it was worthy of a release on that 'fabulous' koff-koff..... 'scuse me, Remix Album. Her Estate is treating her as a Legacy Artist and doesn't think anything new/unreleased will sell. Hope your saving your pennies for all the coloured vinyl reissues....... I won't be.

According to her co-writer, Nathan DiGesare, the original track is about 12 minutes long. Maybe one day we will have an official release.

It was recorded during Donna Summer's CRAYONS sessions circa 2008.

Thank you! I have that album. There are some great songs on there and it's as eclectic and colorful as the title suggests (and as wss intended).

Maybe she was being open minded and experimental.

@@pressplay7918 Exactly. She liked the creative vibe. It didn't mean she needed autotune, she liked the effect it had. Experimental. Nothing wrong with that.

Keep in mind was a DEMO form, never intended for any release as is, AM SURE she was definitely experimenting, as she did all over her Crayons Album.
