Show them the grace of Christ with Truth. Ask, do you know who Jesus is? (John 3:16 KJB) Ask, if you died today, so you know where you will go? Would you like to go to heaven? Pray that God will give you an opportunity to be with your niece and nephew to lead them without interruption or interference from the enemy. Plead the sinless blood of Christ over yourself if you’re saved and wait for the door God opens for you to talk to your unsaved family members. In your sinful state “ye must be born again” - The Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy One of God. Have you submitted yourself to the righteousness of Christ first? Obey the gospel and you will have peace with God. If you disobey by not acknowledging that you need a Savior then you will not have peace with God nor eternal life.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Your soul is eternal!) Isaiah 45:21 ... WHO HATH TOLD IT from that time? HAVE NOT I THE LORD? and THERE IS NO GOD else BESIDE ME; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. In your sinful state “ye must be born again” - The Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy One of God. Have you personally submitted yourself to the righteousness of Christ? Obey the gospel and ask Jesus to forgive you for your sins. In a moment of time, you can have peace with God. For clarity, if you are trusting in what Ross or anyone else did for you, that is not salvation. Love this testimony!! My husband and I are from FL and TX. We chose to stay in SoCal to preach the gospel and save the lost for Jesus. God came into our lives and delivered us from drugs and alcohol over 13 years ago in Oceanside CA. We were convicted to stay to reach the broken and hurting for His Kingdom. Doing His will has brought total fulfillment. We have been blessed with miracle provisions to raise our 6 children in such a state as California (homeschooled, of course). We take our kids with us on the streets to preach His word and we see sinners redeemed, praise the Lord!

I love how during his testimony Allie kept bringing it back to the gospel. The gospel is essential to our salvation, and although this young man has such a heart for the Lord, it should always be made clear that we're saved by faith in Christ which leads to repentance, acknowledging that we're sinners in need of a savior - a savior whom made the payment for our sin on the cross, and then rose on the third day, so that instead of getting what we deserve (hell) we are graciously given what we haven't earned (heaven). We have to be careful that it's not simply a feeling of God's presence that makes us "feel" saved. Again, this young man is on fire for the Lord and I've really enjoyed the interview so far!

Last year, we moved our family home to CA from TX and it has been the best answer to years of prayer. People thought we were nuts, but my mindset in life has always been that the smallest amount of light shines brightest in the darkest places. We homeschool and have found a more genuine community here than we ever found in Texas. Our kids feel closer to God being in a smaller, grounded church. Our kids also get to be close to all their family and experience the blessing of multi-generational living. I'm honestly proud of this state because the people here are so genuine and fight so hard. Oh thank you for sharing this, Ross!! Praise the LORD!! He is mighty to save!!! This is our grandson’s situation exactly. Our daughter and her lesbian partner had a donor and artificial insemination and the result is a wonderful boy who is three now. They won’t be much a part of our lives because we won’t agree that they way they live is okay- they won’t “agree to disagree” like some families do, in other words, but instead our daughter acts heartbroken and hateful toward us for our beliefs (which she was raised with and has always known very well about us) and accuses us of hate and ignorance- and so we have limited to almost no contact with them most of the time. I pray every day for them and for this beautiful boy they are raising. Oh I pray this for them!!! I know this dear boy will feel this same emptiness- that he will absolutely know something is wrong and missing. He is so very immersed in a strong homosexual community. Please pray with me he comes to understanding of the Lord’s love - the TRUTH- early and is gloriously saved from “the domain of darkness to the Kingdom of God’s dear Son “ too!! We cannot have a “real conversation “ as you said Ross, with our daughter. She knows the Truth of the Bible but rejected it and rebelled as a teen - and is 33 now and so hardcore lesbian - that is her religion really, and she is ferociously protective of it. She knows the Bible but denies God says what He says at all. I recently told her she can say she doesn’t believe it, but she can’t say it doesn’t say what it says… In the meantime other Christian families around us with homosexual children embrace them and look down at us for not “loving “ our child like they do. But I know that just as you seem to say here- our love for her (them) makes it so we must hold to the truth - we can’t pretend the very thing hurting and ensnaring them is okay with God! That’s not loving or right! Yet I wish we could be in their life and not reviled by them,so it is a deep pain. I trust the Lord to work in answer to our prayers and will continue to pray for them as long as I am able. Thank you for sharing this story of hope. May the LORD be magnified. ❤

29:45 SHEESH!!!! I needed to hear that so badly. I was saved a little over 2 months ago. Healed trauma, broke away from demons, sin, and addictions, etc. But I have been struggling so much on how to approach my life back home whenever I return to visit my family and friends. I'm from Georgia but currently live in California until school is done. All my friends back home are LGBTQ+ and in relationships. I know how they feel about Him and it breaks my heart. I have been feeling 2 things constantly since I've been saved: 1. I need to share this love with my people back home and 2. I'm terrified to even bring it up. How can those two things exist together? And Ross put it right out there! I want to see them in Heaven with me because I LOVE THEM!! Not because I want to change them or make them think something they don't want to think. If He can save me, anything is possible. It's only out of pure love that I want to tell them how Jesus saved me, delivered, and changed me. They have such stereotypical indoctrinated ideas of who our Lord is but they have no idea how much God doesn't care about that. He just wants to talk to them and know them and bring them peace! The rest is up to them, but Ross said it perfectly, "God wrote the manual into all of our hearts". It's gotten to the point where I hardly know how to talk to them anymore. I don't agree with things they say so I stay quiet and when I say things they don't know how to receive, they stay quiet. I'm like maybe it's just better if I love them quietly and keep the truth to myself, but my hearts is BURNING to bring them the truth. This isn't an easy road to walk down but I'm taking it one step at a time. Thank you so much for sharing this episode with us!

@msRikkiTikki1 Don’t you think the first step is to be an example to your friends? Be the change you want to see. Surely they will ask you what and how you have changed and why your life lacks the chaos of their lifestyle. That would be a good start 🙏
@jessicarobinson92487 ай бұрын
I know what that feels like. I’m a Christian Catholic in Portland, Oregon and it’s a pretty faithless place out here. My mom is really bound up by some pretty big father wounds/church hurt so it’s hard to talk with her. I tend a Christian home and I do music for worship at my church so it can be really hard to find things to talk about that are genuine. I’ve been avoiding talking about church/God until recently. I’ve started saying “God bless” with a smile to everyone I see and when my mom and I talk and she says something provocative about Jesus or Christians I ask her “what do you mean? Tell me about that.” That does two things: she feels heard and I better understand where she’s coming from (and what the lie is). Then I ask “can I speak to what you just shared?” Sometimes her answer is no. Sometimes she’s taken off guard and is happy to be listened to so she says yes. I will say, it’s hard to contradict a lie that someone has bought into because they can interpret your words as gaslighting especially if they have a history of abuse. But it’s worth talking, being present, and just planting a mustard seed. Also it’s 100% okay if you’re asked a difficult question to say, “you know, I don’t know, but I can find out. Would you like that?” That models a very attractive humility and it makes it crystal clear if the convo with your friend is a “gotcha” moment for them or if it’s sincere. Peace be will you! God can use you as his beautiful instrument of peace. 🙏❤️

Beautiful testimony. I just want to say something important about engaging on ‘heart’ and ‘mind’ level. I know it is usually meant really well. But this whole thing where we make out that we cannot engage properly if the mind is involved is not Biblical. God said we should ‘set our minds on things above’ ( Col 3: 2-4). Our hearts and minds are intertwined. “ As a man thinks in his heart so is he”. ( Prov 23:7) We think with our beautiful minds, created by God for that purpose and as we set our minds on things above and think about all things that are pure and lovely and beautiful ( Phil 4:8-9), our hearts are ignited and changed. We do not live by feeling, we live by faith. After 55 years of walking with God, I have to tell you, if I depended on my feelings or heart only, I would not have made it thus far. But when I set my mind on God and things above, my heart follows. Are our feelings valid? Absolutely! But we cannot always trust them. We have to filter them through our Father’s word. For that we need our minds. God says: “ Come, let us reason together”. ( Isa 1:18) He reasons with us, He overwhelms us with love - heart and mind. Our battle is not to let either get out of hand. It is dangerous to think our minds are somehow ‘in the way’ of true feeling or truth. I can only make sense of my feelings as I draw close to God in prayer and put His word in my mind and hide it in my heart. Heart and mind are linked. We have to be careful how we speak and how we define things, because many out there will not know the exact truth and it might end up really damaging their walk and belief in God. So many people fall into serious error and drift away from the true faith because they pay little attention to the mind or think it is a hindrance to knowing God. God created our minds and our ability to think and it is good! Like all He has created.

The first time I was invited to church by my friends as a teen I was all in too. It really affected me and I knew I wanted what they had.♥️

Beautiful testimony! When I heard where he evangelized I immediately thought of Ray Comfort, it would be nice if he met Ray, he would learn a lot from him.

Wow what a great testimony!!! I'm taking so many things from this. Don't fret, be genuine, remember the other person HAS to have a deep down yearning in the soul that you haven't had to live with for so long, be truthful but so genuine that they cannot dent the presence of God/Christ in you. We have nothing to fear when we walk in the love and living presence of God. Thank you!!!!

Thank you so much for your testimony. I continue to pray for our children and share truth and love. It isn’t easy. God is sustaining me and I pray He breaks through their confusion and brings them into His truth and love.

Thanks so much Allie for doing this and sharing it with us, very encouraging in a crazy world that is causing many of us believers a lot of discouragement.

What a winsome and joyfilled witness of Jesus. Enthusiasm comes from the Greek word for in God or filled with God. Would that we all could express such enthusiasm for Jesus that no doubt in him draws so many in our world filled with pain, anger and loneliness. Praying for his Mom to discover in Jesus the same love her son has found.

A lot of people grow up with Fathers who live in the home but aren't available or supportive so having a Father is no guarantee that you have a wonderful story-book Father figure relationship.
