I’m not surprised with their bad service. Heard a lot about it. I also own an M5 monitor, 24 inches. I have other issues - the monitor keeps waking from sleep mode randomly, it’s hard to switch between sources without a kvm switch. You have to press several buttons several times which is not efficient, the auto brightness doesn’t seem to work, the auto detect source only detects when a new source comes on. If any source turns off, it doesn’t automatically go back to the old source, the wireless mode is really bad and laggy, and unusable as a desktop or laptop extension as the mouse really lags and becomes inaccurate. And agree with you on the need for smart mode. I bought it primarily cos I thought I could go wireless, but that didn’t work well. A second reason was the TV features, but I realized I didn’t need it cos I have a phone, iPad, laptop and pc to consume content.

I bought this monitor a year ago and then switched to a gaming monitor. It looks yellowish to me now, cant quite remember if it was like before. Settings that would affect the color like eco settings and blue light / eye care are disabled.

Any issues when connecting to your pc as an external display? Mine looks blurry and the only HiDPI option is at 1024x576, 75hz which is disappointing :( I hope it's just an HDMI cable or firmware issue

Picture quality is good . I use excel all the time and it’s good you have adaptive brightness option which works when all lights are off and you can work for late hours too

@@HumanNeeds one more question have you used a laptop with windows 10 or 11? I read a review post on the Samsung site and this person said that his laptop could not recognize his monitor. His monitor was ok when using the apps on the monitor but it was a no go with the windows laptop. Thanks

Yes indeed the price have increased now you can’t judge a one year old video and compare today’s price rate, lol. Today’s price rate is within 20k -25k you can get a 4K monitor.
