For those wondering why Flash is so slow, it’s because at the time of Injustice 1 being created the Flash didn’t have any EXTREMELY crazy comic book feats like he has now. And ontop of that Flash isn’t running at maximum speed 24/7 he slows himself down all the time because he doesn’t need too go THAT fast at all times.
