Funny... I am watching this on my new Oled G9. I am using a 3900 previous gen rig.... and wow. Oled... and the immersive G9 is amazing. Sure more vertical real estate might have been nice... but then the monitor would HAVE to be further away... and my eyes and head would be dancing all over. Games that support the 32*9 format are truly a joy. Also note I do productivity days with this... and no real issues with text etc... and multiple desktops... uber productive. Fancy Zones. Check it out. So glad to have pulled the trigger. Nice share.

Possibly it would be better for us to watch if you could provide comments on where G9 Neo is better and where G9 OLED is better, as most of the video content lacks any speech :)

As an original G9 owner, I can tell you right now its brightness. My version is before they added the insane amounts of dimming zones. The Neo is super bright, however is nothing like an OLED for showing true blacks. Original G9 is like 1000nit, pretty sure the Neo does like 2000nit, G9 Oled does like 400. I actually JUST bought the oled, its coming Saturday. I have a 4k LG C2 mounted above my current G9 now so i'll be able to REALLY see the brightness difference first hand. If it sucks, I'll return and get a Neo and save a few hundred bucks. The g9's are great screens though, I have a second (original) g9 on my sim rig. Both are sooo pretty.

i have a big dout of the monitor. like 4090 can get 240 fps or something like cant use 2.1 can u explain about this i like to buy this stuf.

On the Website from Samsung in the description, they write this monitor doesn't have g-sync. Do you can look, if you can activate with your 4090???

I am sure it is extremely immersive, but I find that my OLED G8 is sufficiently immersive. For something like Overwatch, I reduce the screen to a 16:9 1440p window to be more competitive. But, playing Subnautica on 32:9 is truly lovely, cannot deny that, and I'm sure the 57" is next-level in that regard. Yet, the HDR on my OLED G8 is impressive enough. (Fallout 4 on a 32:9 is a nightmare and I don't want to experience that again)

@@LordCivickOG That screen is perfect for Subnautica, or other games where atmosphere is numero uno. For Doom Eternal I am already kinda overwhelmed with my OLED G8. The HDR is crazy even on that!
