I always liked this game it had bugs, but what game doesn't. It's sad it won't get any updates, but I love the fact they went down making everything free at the end.

That's, actually sad. I played the beta and that's it. But I wouldn't want this game to die out. I just hope for another marvel game can take its place.

The gameplay was honestly really fun but it really lacked a lot of post-game content, which is why I stopped playing. Most of the games was actually really solid such as their Iron Man and Thor. It’s just that not if the post-game content felt like it was developing the story or characters’ stories past the end of the main storyline. While I did enjoy the character- specific missions at first, when I got to the end of each string of missions for each character, everything just felt like it was there just to fill space and felt like busy work.

What annoys me most about this announcement is they said that the skins would be “free”, meaning you can grab the ones you want. But instead what they did was just GIVE YOU EVERYTHING… AND THEY AREN’T EVEN ORGANIZED…..

Hated it at first back at launch… replayed it about a year ago and I still love it. One of my favorites tbh

They need to bring back marvel hero’s omega or make a game like omega and just have a huge roster of many different heroes and villains and open world.

I’m from the future, unless a really amazing marvel of Dc co-op game comes out I don’t see another Avengers or any Marvel co-op game being made this game literally became the killer of superhero co-op games.

I'm not too mad that I bought stuff because I'm glad I supported people with passion, and yes I know, the game didnt turn out so great, but the creators seemed to have fun with it and that's I'm im glad I supported them with the ways I could.

Hopefully like in 10 or 15 years time, they make another Avengers game and actually put some time and effort into it. And many people have said this including me, but I think that insomniac games should develop it.

If I remember the director of this game or the director of CD was ranting on Twitter on why fans were excited for Spider-Man 2 and Wolverine games. 1. Spider-Man & Miles Morales were fun so we think SM2 will be more fun and was good. 2. Wolverine cuz Insomniac did a good job with Spider-Man obviously but also we never had another Wolverine game in years after Wolverine Origins game. 3. Cuz the contents is free and more cheaper than Avengers. 4. It's single player I don't think the tweets exists anymore but he was p!ssed but I remembered seeing it.

I’m going to be honest, it wasn’t that bad of a game, some characters were annoying and I didn’t like the gear acquiring bit but other then that, it was a pretty good game

I hope they kinda keep the same story and continue upon that which ever the studio picks up this game. It doesn't have to be a squeal just in terms of story the character should be at the same age rather than being a young Avengers or something. So non canonically it can be a squeal even if it's not.

There should be more video games that are actually focused on the MCU! In the early 2010s, every phase 1 movie got a video game made by SEGA and ever since then there has not been much stuff surrounding the MCU but rather elseworld settings that are inspired by the movies, like that recent game with America Chavez and Ironheart. But that's maybe because video games no longer do film tie-ins nowadays

I have been playing this for the last 2 weeks now since the 26th of September. I finished the main Story was so much fun. 1st DLC was fun. Busy with Hawkeye dlc now. Next up Black Panther soon.

I loved the game but once Tchalla came it couldn’t download 100% on my ps4, which is odd because it’s the only game on it. It will be one of my top favorites and I’m happy with the memories I had playing with it!

Even though the game is shutting down we'll still have videos of the game on KZfaq walkthroughs of the story mode and videos focusing only on the combat like in free roam like collections of different videos showcasing the combat and oh shit wait a minute what will happen to the addition of the Winter Soldier character?

Insomiac need to make an Avengers game for the graphics story, free roam and individual characters gameplay and other developers like Sony to help with the multiplayer aspect of things and other things and use the resource of movies and comics to make the characters lovable and accurate with their own perfect twist and connect it to the Spider-Man game and possibly the Wolverine game to give us the perfect DLCs that somewhat continue those games and extend their franchise with these games. It would be perfect

Tbh Santa Monica studios should make a Thor game (Marvel). Other companies need several games to stay relavent whilst they dominate the single player mode with just 1 franchise “God Of War”, and arguably the greatest franchise. But I think they could a pretty great and mature tone Thor game where it would also be relevant in the insomniac universe. But not Sony exclusive of course

The crazy thing is that the Kamala Khan in the game is very close to her comic counterpart, so if you didn’t like her here then I’m sure you now know the reason why her comic keeps getting rebooted.

I got it just in time a couple of days ago for 5 bucks. The main campaign is a little short, the roster and lack of variety in cosmetics are little disappointing but im enjoying it for what it is

The avengers game was alright but i didn't like the continuous idea of A.I.M like if they made us wait 5 months or something and work on a good story for the next chapter and a new villain it would have been better. They could have made the avengers go against lots of villains but the only ones we got were modok, aim, klaw, maestro, task master (wasn't that long but cool tho) and that green and silver robot that copied all the avengers abilities. They should do a avengers 2 game soon and renew it all maybe adding new sections, game modes, maps and ofc importantly new og avengers villains and make the avengers team up with other characters from xmen fantastic four etc

Marvels avengers could’ve easily been marvels answer to injustice but better and more story focused but they fucked it up
