The funny thing about the demons is that out of all of them, when you glory kill an archvile, they visibly shake when the slayer looks at them which means that they are the only demons that are genuinely terrified of him.

Doomguy is such an epic legacy protagonist. You know your a true hell slaying badass when typically fierce demons uncharacteristically panic and scatter at Doomguy's onslaught. The only one they truly fear indeed.

Yeah to keep it really short on Why Hayden betrayed the Slayer for a couple reasons 1. He thought the Slayer would get in the way. (Which was a kinda False reason.) 2. DOOM 2016 onwards, DOOM Guy canonically only uses guns so he can savor his kills. The berserk power ups are him just going “f*ck it”, and using his normal strength. Yes, his natural strength allows him to effortlessly slap a Barron of hell’s torso off.

Forgot to mention dlc where he smokes god himself and the devil. Who takes the form of the thing the demons fear most, and he comes out looking exactly like doomguy.

And the primevals are basically gods who were made in the image of Davoth so if you think about it but Doom Slayer was literally packing his father up like it was nothing!!!

Amazing video bro, as a big Doom fan from the originals, this was a fantastic take. I'm extremely surprised how much of the original lore you knew about and explained it. He’s the one that gave doom guy the zenkai boost after doom slayer got trapped in hell killing demons for eons after the end of doom 64. It goes from doom, doom 2, doom 64 (which is just doom 3 bc it says that the doom slayer went on to fight demons in hell for eternity in the credits and shows the unmaykr for the 1st time), doom 2016 which is the sequel, and then doom eternal. Doom guy gets found between doom 64 and doom 2016 after spending eons already fighting demons. And then just starts fading more demons once he gets super charged by Sam

And thanks to the DLC, Doom guy went straight to the boss of all Hell itself and smoke him too.

Basically during the events of Doom (2016) humanity was in a major energy crisis, and so Dr. Hayden was researching Argent energy (which is created by torturing souls) to try and solve the crisis. All Hell breaks loose (get it) after a portal to Hell is accidentally opened and that's when Doom Guy wakes up on Mars and everything goes down. Eventually The Slayer closes the portal to Hell and defeats Olivia Pierce, and after that Dr. Hayden betrays Doom Guy and steals the demonic crucible to continue his research.

Now that you've covered the Doomslayer you need to make a video on Samus Aran and Master Chief at some point. These 3 basically make up the "Power Armor Legacy Character Trinity." There's a lot of lore on Halo though you'd be here a while if you wanted to cover EVERYTHING about Master Chief. Halo 1-3 might cover it since it's how Chief saved the galaxy and ripped the Covenant in two. For Samus you could probably just cover Metroid Dread and call it a day, maybe show some stuff from the backstory manga and Samus & Joey. Don't let the title of that last one fool you, Samus is a badass in every chapter. The first thing she does in chapter 1 is solve a hostage situation by calmly walking towards the gunman, and after they fire the bullet she causally catches the bullet out of the air. The guy's like "You'd better spare me or I'll shoot this kid!" but Samus is like "Go ahead and shoot, I never intended to spare you." After she saves the day she just turns around all casual like and goes looking for more Space Pirates to jump. She's basically a Menace Hunter and she has the reputation to accept or refuse whatever job she wants.
