I've had this experience in Door County and it is absolutely delish. It's just has salt. Those onions and potatoes yum so delicate yet perfect seasoning. I wish everyone would give it a try.

Remember those fish boils in fish creek, Jackson, Egg Harbor, Baileys Harbor, Ephraim from 60’s thru 80’s Grandpa was born in Baileys Harbor 1896

Hi I am from West Bengal India and we love love love fish. This is exactly how we, 10,000 miles or so away from you guys, cut our fish, usually the carps-- Rui and Catla. Rest of India fillets the fish, but we cut them into pieces like how its done here. Its called here the Bengal cut. So what happens after the boiling the fish?
