8, 9, 15 miles for delivery on McDonald’s and chic fil a orders that you past 3 other restaurants And coffee going 15 miles for 1 cup.

At night, you will always get a porch-light notification once the dasher starts heading to you. I do night and people still don’t know how to flip the switch on

They need more stacked orders. Stop hiding tips. Low mileage. Rate the customer.

Door dash should give us 5$ base pay they are so greedy and don’t care about us at all

Here’s something that would really change the game for door dashing and that is BARE MINIMUM TIPPING it means that if you’re a customer that only tips1-4$ and you live out further than the store make them not allowed to order anything until they hit a certain pay by mile threshold…meaning that reach into your pocket and start paying more or you cannot order from the app…make it worth while for dashers to go that far out of zones and stop trying to hide tips from stack orders….that would stop the cherry picking the customers get better quality food and we get paid everyone wins

Flexibility and choice - new pilot program offers no flexibility or choice either accept 50-70% of orders or basically be kicked off the platform and not be able to schedule or get catering orders. Thanks Tony

I purchased the DD catering bag for 40 bucks last year, and consistently got 3+ catering orders per week up until recently. Now you need at least a 50% AR to get those orders. Total BS

Get those orders delivered! That's ALL Door Dash cares about so they can get their money. They don't give a crap about you or the dashers. But they'll talk all the pretty talk to make you dash for them.

The question is are they taking our feedback ?

I calculated what I made hourly in a week off just base pay alone.. it was 6.25 an hour... that should change for sure! Especially for full time dashers

Doordash needs to stop lying to dashers 2:30 about the platinum status tier saying that you can get priority orders when you don't hardly get them. Every once in a while. They need to pay us more. That's the bottom line. I don't trust doordash. The tier program is a joke!

I had a stacked order with pizza hut and after order was closed no tip and was paid 1.00 extra on base pay how is that fair let them deliver orders for 1.00

Quit making people take no tips, and driving way the hell out there just to have priority for better orders, everyone should have the same chance for good orders

I had my AR up to 91 % and got more trash orders than I did at an 80 % AR... talk about getting rewarded 😅

Deactivation policy is bs.

Most important to me is deactivation transparency. it needs to be 100 percent transparent. I would also like them to be more transparent with contract violations and customer reviews.

They punish drivers (like me) from being able to dash now or being able to schedule at 3PM (instead at midnight when most of the shifts available have been well picked over) due to AR. When I need it? I need it pretty much every day, at least 4 hours a day. Others have their own needs. Pfffttt!

They need to bring back heavy pay. Its shameful that we get these 60 pound dog food deliveries for a few bucks and most can't tip because they're repeat orders.

Dash now is all I care about and the main reason is when an order takes me out of zone I will end dash and just start where I'm now at... that's the only reason I would need to Stay platinum If I continue to do this to my vehicle

i am a only night shift driver but have done days as i have gone 12 at night to 12 in afternoon but as a driver who has close to 4000 deliveries now night time probs 3 of the major ones the porch light one cant begin to tell you how many times i've almost busted my ass trippin over shit another instructions to do some ridiclous shit like meet me not at drop off point go way far away over to this location another is leave at back door and gps issue showing wrong building drop off point so your literally walking 10 -15 mins lookin for the right building this happened to me recently which flagged my account as a lateness violation like bro they sent me to a street that was to a aptartment that is a whole street and so i was lead to one street the customer apt was facing the other street on other side of Apts. i spent 15 mins walking the entire apt lookin 4 the apt # and this happens alot at apts. huge apts numbered all stupidly and gps pinging wrong building

DD needs to give the dashers a better pay raise

I enjoy delivering auto parts to Firestone and mechanic shops but there's no tip of course. I did three orders back to back. On average it's like $6 flat rate.

We indeed need proposition 22 this would help dashers earn more California has it all should have this please help raise this concern 🙏🏾

Former dasher here. I can say after about 2 months of this. GET A REAL JOB. I got deactivated for no reason and I regretted spending my time and abusing my car to work for these crooks that don't even give a sh*t about you. Dash to get by and find a decent job. This gig work can and will cut you off anytime. You don't really make shit vs a real job.
