Damn I love your videos! This is basically like BRS informative vids but straight to the point. Can you do a video on keeping phosphates and nitrates balanced?

How about a quick video of your basement setup e.g. salt water mixing station, lighting etc.

Been having undetectable nitrates in my Nuvo 20 in the past 3 months and noticed some Zoas and SPS started dulling in color. Going to start slowly dosing nitrate to see if it improves things.

Nitrates have been at 1ppm for 3 months. Got an auto feeder and feed flakes / pellets twice a day and feed frozen food in the afternoon. This would be nice for me to put on my kamoer x1. Just saying lol

RSR250 with some bio-media and small refugium. 10% WC every week. Around 2-5. I'm dosing Brightwell NeoNitro to keep my N level around 5. I would like to try the B-ionic one too.

Last I checked it was at 5ppm and I use a algae scrubber and water changes

Mine seem to be around 5ppm. 25 gallon lps tank with two clown fish and running a skimmer. Bumping up the nitrates might help colour up my corals a bit.

Mine are at 1-2ppm. Sometimes I think I’m measuring incorrectly but I have two kits. Can I start to feed heavier? Thanks March, keep it up!

Hey guys, I had a massive overdose in my nano. I did a 90% WC and got through it with minimal loses. There's very little info online about what to do in these situations so it might be a good topic to cover. Also from experience do a video warning people not to use a lot of aquascape putty in a reef tank that's stocked as your oxygen levels will plummet and your fish will be in danger. That was another one of life's lessons :D

My nitrates have gone very low, 0.25ppm, and I feed quite heavy. I could really give this a try. I don't want to get dinos from having too low a nutrient level

Mine hover between 5-10ppm, I do a 15% weekly water change and nothing much else!

Does this brand of nitrate contains any calcium? It says “calcium nitrate in the description”.

my nitrates magically hit 0 after my nano (evo 13.5) finished its cycle and i added the first fish. 50% WC to drop nitrates from 20% to 10% before adding the fish, read 5ppm the next day, every day since than all levels have still been 0.. overfeeding, not changing floss etcc

My nitrate are always reading 0-1 on red sea tests, salifert and just recently got aquaforest upon your recommendation. They all reading near 0, but I have ton of algae, well a lot not a ton okay.what is going on? Phosphate is 0-.01 also.

I aim for 5-10ppm NO3 and .03 PO4. But it’s a struggle. I strive for consistency.

What do you keep your PO4 levels at? Do you try to keep it to a 10:1 ratio or 15:1 ratio; NO3:PO4?

Does this apply with chaeto for nutrient uptake too?

Mine are capped at 2ppm in a 20 gallon peninsula. I can’t seem to raise it at all with 3 fish lol.

WWC keep their nitrate at 50ppm? I get crazy algae bloom when my nitrate hits 10ppm, I’m confused.

My nitrates are .05 and I’m feeding like crazy and still can’t raise them and phosphate is reading 0 on the Hanna phosphorus ULR checker and my tank has 0 algae problems and tank is spotless otherwise
