Is anyone able to provide a PDF copy of the Operator Manual or User Guide?

In the instructions it says to pre press for 5 seconds so the mug holder doesn't burn. I didn't do that, did you? I was so confused with this machine till I watched this. Mine kept beeping for along time when it was heating up I put it up to 190c at 180 seconds cups turned out so good. Was a bit stinky when I turned it on. Hopefully it will be better next time I use it.

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!! Mine arrived today and bless them, Chinese into English isn't always the most precise... I'm no stranger to sublimation, but this press just baffled me and thankfully you answered some of my concerns. Question: In general what heat times do you use vs temp? If you don't mind my asking...

Thanks! I use 175C for 120sec.

Hi, I am using a FreeSu ST210, the color on the mug always appear different from the design. The black color always turned out to be brown. Can you please let me know what could be the problem? Thank you.

Normally, black turning to brown is as 'how to print stuff' says, too high a temp or too long. If the colours other than black look good, try reducing the temperature. I would reduce the heat by a largish margin so you can see a definite difference. So, if you normally press at 180 degrees, reduce it to 140 and see how the finished mug looks then. If the colours look faded, start to increase the time by 10 degrees and test again. If this does not resolve the problem, set the press back to the original settings and then do the same thing again, but this time with the pressing time. Based on the results, you should now be able to make changes to either, or both, to reach the best finish.

Why 5 minutes? Is it not too long?

Which kind of ink do you use it with? Do you use universal one or sublimation ink? Thank you.
@PrintingGeek7 жыл бұрын
sublimation ink only

Same here, but first time the colours weren't that nice on the mug. I think the idle temperature what I set up on it is too low (110C). I will try again with 180C Idle/ 180C and 320sec.

Do you still use this mug press and if so what do you think of it now do you used it for 2 years?
@PrintingGeek5 жыл бұрын
hi, I don't use this mug press anymore. But i did for about 6mc. It is very OK mug press for very low budget. one of best in price range duo to ability of printing two mugs at once. if you run a job of 36 mugs, it goes very quick and as we know, time is money. I upgraded to different mug press duo to better attachments choice.
