What is the smallest diameter that can be used with this press? I'm planning with 7oz/75mm mugs - would this be possible or is it too small?

MY WARMING TEMPRATURE IS SET TO 170 BUT MY HEATING TEMP IS 180.... MY PRESS DOESNT GO WARMER THAN 160

I have followed the instruction exactly as shown in n the video both videos 190 c/292f I useINK EXPERT DYE SUBLIMATION PAPER AND IT STILL HAS NOT PRJNTED ON MUG CAN ANY ONE HELP I AM USNG EXCAT SAME MACHJNE AS ON VIDEO

you have to use a sublimation MUG not a normal type of mug

Não entendi!!!! Uma caneca ficou no total: a Esquerda= 5:45 minutos e a Direita= 5:25 minutos, ambas saindo fumaça. Você tirou e colocou na mesa, onde o certo seria dar o choque termico na agua e depois aparece você colocando a mão por baixo da caneca(entende-se que foi cortado o video e esperado esfriar ou deu errado nessa sublimação) e retirando o papel na boa!!! Estranho!!

Yes. You have to hit both timing buttons together to get it to switch.
