Pro tip: use a freezer bag with a corner cut out to pipe the filling into the pot sticker. Not sure if it works with vegetables, but definitely with pork. I would prob pipe a 12-20 at a time while flat then run through the press.

My wife got me this for Xmas this last year. Used it tonite....terrible, doesn't save any time really, and you can only put a tiny amount of filling in otherwise it oozes/explodes out.... waste of money and time!

Look at the edges once they're made... for perogies, they need to be sealed, made this way, they'd fall apart when boiled.

no disrespect but by the time you made 2 with that contraption, I made 3 to 4 by hand. Yes, some looking 100xs prettier with an occasional reject here or there. And I am a rookie.... just had an Asian Master teach me while scolding me on how slow and pathetic my dumplings look..... lol. Not everyone is lucky enough to be hit in the hand with a ruler when you fail the art. Anyways, I do see the benefit of this mold in the hands of someone who is quick but they look like mini empanadas not traditional dumpling folds.
