Going up I had stereotypical gym bro mindset of chest one day back the next then shoulders end with legs (aka arm day) never really got into KB work until college club rugby. This and body weight trading really do enhance overall movement and raise your cardio lvls too 💯🤝

😮Lighter weight, and you Must squeeze the glutes and abs, grab the floor with your toes and dig in,flex those calves and balancing muscles to help center and control the weight

It's actually an important part of Hardstyle kettlebell training: you're bracing your core for the movement. For some of the movements, you're required to audibly make the sound in order to pass instructor certification test.
