It's funny that the terrain you are hunting blacktails in looks the same as the terrain I've been hunting mule deer in eastern WA.

Looks like maybe the Eastside foothills of the Cascades? I'm in Klickitat county(Wa) which is Eastside but the deer are still blacktail. Game dept calls them mule deer but they are not. Wonder if this is a similar area just further south

Camp 2 had violins...camp 3 also. I don't think I've ever seen so few blackberries in oregon.

what happened to people using rifles that look like a real hunting rifle instead of a mod. sniper rifle. did yout other normally configured rifles all stop shooting. you know you are really projecting the wrong picture about hunting to people who are trying to stop hunting. they seeing your sniper style gives the fodder to cry about the militarization of public hunting!

😂 get outta here with that shit. It's not a "sniper rifle" it's a rifle with a more comfortable better stock to hunt with than the older traditional style
