Double Trouble: Tackling a Simple Drain Fat Blockage and a Surprise Rain Gully

In this one i was called out to unblock a simple gully that had a chunk of fat in it, it took seconds. once finished i was then asked if i could get a gutter down pipe and rain gully working that seemed to have never worked for many years.

The way i see it is if you have to pay for a service it best be the best service you can get, its takes seconds to clean up. 😊

One major flaw, you covered that vehicle with junk when you sprayed the concrete! You may already have these items, but a turbo nozzle and one of the plug-in swivel/angle units work great for shooting into those pipes from the side.

Hi Steve, I did notice the car wile editing, it is just splash from the road but never the less I should have spotted it and given it a rinse. The car was the customers and he had nowhere else to put it, was a tight car park. I do have the angle attachment for the lance but it never stays where I set it and I always get it in the face so I avoid it. The turbo is good and cuts well and sometimes I get it out if I have trouble with the standard nozzle but normally the standard one works well with better flow.

@@Elbows-Deep I've done the same thing, making a mess where there wasn't one, 😂 sometimes I can keep it from happening, but like in that case, just have to clean it up. I suggested the right angle and turbo nozzle as it would clean the wall of the pipe a lot more than the fan nozzle. I know you are like me, better to go a extra step now to save a call back later. Keep up the great work. Have you gotten the rigid chain cleaning unit yet?
