There are certainly aspects of gender identity ideology that are death cultists (the whole TDOR, suicide-promoting, trans-genocide wing). As for leftists in general, they support a lot of death cultist behaviour as anti-capitalist chic luxury beliefs. You need only to read some of the material (or Reddit posts) from people in these milieus to see that this is the case.

It is decidedly a death cult as that is the only possible result of their policies. The alphabets want to corrupt the very concept responsible for reproduction. Humans are a sexually dimorphic species. That means that we have two sexes where one inseminates the other in order to create an offspring. This is the only reason we have a sex and it is by definition binary. To reject this is a rejection of reproduction as a whole Feminism together with the alphabets destroyed marriage. Marriage is the institution built to facilitate having children. Children need a father and a mother, and attacking this institution has lead to a massive swing in single parents and a massive reduction in fertility rates. The fems also think killing babies is a "reproductive right" which of course leads to even more death and an even poorer birth rate. The alphabets are actively pushing confusion on children and literally castrating them before they are old enough to know anything about life.
