Down Firing Walnut Subwoofer // DIY Speaker Build

Watch as I show the process of building an active 10" down firing subwoofer, wrapped in real walnut veneer. This was a learning experience for me as I learned about shooting video and the entire editing process. Not all parts of the build made it into the video due to camera complications, however videos in the future will certainly have more detailed steps. Thanks for watching.

That was fun to watch! Nice editing too! Subwoofers are generally designed bulky and ugly. I like yours, cuz it looks like it might fit in a living room. Without being an eyesore. I also learned some things with your technique of veneer finishing. Looking forward to the next project.

It looks real nice. You are a very good woodworker. The videos shows it was a labor of love. Excellent it looks like a very expensive sub. I’m wondering where did you get the plans and will you share them? 👍👍👍

I appreciate that! It was definitely a labor of love. I came up with the plans myself but didn't do a great job at making them so I don't plan on sharing them. However for my next build I will be sharing full build plans :)
