Love everything but the kitchen backsplash! Those tiles are not the right style for the house in my opinion. And I would want a BIG back deck, but if you just want room for a small barbecue grill, then it works?

You made this little house look so beautiful - I especially love the downstairs shower and the kitchen. OMG - I would love that kitchen in my little house. It was just beautiful and I love how you exposed the old fireplace brick and kept everything beautiful like the old woodwork. And adding a touch of modern gave it some shine😍😍😍

I do have one thing I wish you could have tweaked. That's the color of the stain on the new trim. I know you were trying to put back what should have already been there and you guys did a great job with it. But it's just a hair off. I don't even know if you could get it the perfect shade, so.....🤷🏻♀️ No matter, you guys did such a great job with the trim. It looks like it's always been there!! *Beautiful!!* 💙🤎

Wow I have a house built in 1925 and I dream of doing Some demo but nothing that alters the original design or feeling overly much. Watching these shows is so motivational and very helpful with ideas.

I think it's fascinating that designers think whatever is trending at the moment (I've seen all these tiles on many other renovation programs) will be "timeless". History has proven that assumption and declaration to be false.

Took a really long time, drawn out to say the least, repeat pictures of rooms, and on and on...but the end result is beyond stunning. So happy for the new homeowners.

Great palette. Love all the unpainted wood accents. Really don't understand not staging the back "sunroom" with zero purpose into a breakfast nook or an office. Seemed like a missed opportunity to me.

I love everything aside from the multiple tile styles in the basement bathroom..just too busy..like you weren't quite sure which tile was preferred..plus very non cohesive in my opinion

You needed to add a small task light under the trim over the sink. I am sure it would be helpful. But it would also help even the lighting out under the cabinets all the way around. Without it, it looks dark at the sink area. *But still luv it!!!!* 💙🤎

Love the interior, and most of the changes in the exterior as well. However, the back 'deck' is much too small. It looks cheap and makes the back of the house look bad. I would not even call that a deck, it's really just a small landing.

From basement you can tell the house was well built. But the design is generic. I like the original exposed beams and pipes which give a unique industrial vibe.

I have some questions about painting the siding. I have siding just like it, only faded green, 😬 I was told I couldn't paint it, then they painted the house next door with the same siding. 😏 Do you have an email?? Or maybe a video on how and what to do?? 💙

Can’t paint vinyl siding dark colors because it can warp. You can paint aluminum siding any color you want. This house they said was aluminum siding.

Beautiful remodel. Annoying designer's comments about the old design - we get it, the previous remodelers didn't know how to keep the craftsman design...there's no need to tell how ugly and awful it was every two seconds!!
