I only saw two bedrooms, I love the upstairs and you have the option to customize it how you like, the master would definitely go upstairs with another bathroom and game room. Nice unit. That barn door to the bathroom was new, I like it.

This is such a lovely home. I haven't seen a 2-story or 1-1/2 story modular/manufactured home in my state so far but it might have something to do with code. There's only really nice single level modular/manufactured homes.

I have a David weekley home and it has 2 x 6 walls so when I see that on your modular home I’m very impressed. The quality seems bar none not to mention the style. Everything seems very on point with modern style and no expense is spared in quality it looks like. I love the shower just the walk-in part no glass door, less to clean! Then you got the overhead water in the regular water coming out. Soft close cabinets I mean my gosh what a great presentation as well. I will tell you one thing if I ever need a home like this I will certainly look at your product. My mother is sort of in the market for a small manufactured home I’ll have to look and see if you carry something on a much smaller scale.

Love open concept, but this one seems a little small with space. Love 💕 the black kitchen sink, and the French door refrigerator.

I like knowing that there's layout options and finishing options. I would change up this layout considerably and pick different finishes. The pricing makes these homes attractive, especially with the customization aspect

Stunning!!!! Love the master bath and that it has a door on the water closet!!! I would prefer the master bedroom be larger though to not only allow for a king bed, but also a seating/reading area! That could be done by making the whole upstairs one huge master bed!! Lol!!

I love the fact that you have the slow close drawers. Now if they could only come up with a slow close door going to the bedrooms lol. My grandchildren have a horrible problem with slamming doors. We've had to actually come off the hinges after several months of Being slammed Over and over. If they could come up with that I would buy it

I wish you would give a “ ballpark figure” for a price. I know it depends on add ons to the house ie; fireplace, crown molding throughout, upgrades on various fixtures etc... And it also depends on where your homesite is located for whatever it may require by law. But if you could just say “as is, no changes this house cost $ whatever dollars” then an individual would have some type of idea what they would need bare minimum to purchase this home. It is beautiful and I love it. Does your company set up homes in South Carolina? Thanks for your time and showing these homes. I appreciate it.

I love the large drawers near the stove for cookware. So much easier than trying to squat or bend over to shove them back into a cabinet or get them out. Cookware seems to be heavier these days especially when you get the really good stuff so this makes it so much easier getting them in and also allows more storage room for your larger or heavier items. ❤️❤️❤️

I love, love, love the master shower. Except for just one tiny factor. No place to sit down. The shower has the rain head and the hand held sand but no place to relax. Can a seat be added? Thanks😁

I designed & built a duplex with modular homes back in 2003 on a corner lot, 2 different street addresses and I can tell you that whoever designed this kitchen should maybe take a kitchen design class. All the appliances should be in a v shape, at least the stove, sink, and fridge. could you imagine cooking at the stove and have to go around the corner to the fridge? Ok, that's enough for me, I have to move on. :)

The framing is pretty standard guys... at lease were I am from you aren’t gonna find many site built homes with a 2x4 roof or floor bigger than 18 on center.

Trailers and modulars are like american made cars. All the bells and whistles , shines like a million bucks but aint gonna hold up over the long term and thats why these type homes do not hold their value. A real home , a stick built or brick real home is always the best choice.

Where the cabinets are in the living room under the television, could a fireplace replace those cabinets?.. Also in all the closest where there are metal rods and shelves, could wooden rods and shelves be there instead of the metal rods and shelves?. Could a basement be put under this home?...

I currently have a modular home it sits. On a foundation. It's old and needs to be updated. It was bought in 1992. Ok so here is my question staring at 190,000, does that include bring the set up of the modular unit to your site? Then you also have to add the price for the Foundation to be poured and plumbing , electricity. Sounds like the same price as a regular house then. So why bother with a modular home then? That is if this a true modular and not a manufactured home.
