This fantastic Modular home has so many great features we couldn't fit all the details into one video. This home has a kitchen to die for with black stainless appliances, an exterior that rivals any site-built home, and fixtures that do the same.
This modular floor plan has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the option to finish the upstairs and add at least 2 more bedrooms and another bath. Downstairs this home is about 1,700 square feet and another 1,200 square feet could be added if you were to finish the upstairs.
The modulars of today have come so far. some modules are built better than a site-built home. for example, this home has 2x6 exterior walls, 2x10 floor joist, and everything is 16" on center. With the 9/12 roof pitch, you truly are getting home instead of a modular.

I’m not in the market, I just enjoy looking at the different homes. All the homes look nice. I’d like to see some homes with a real wood or gas burning fireplace. To me that’s one thing that makes a home cozy.

Nice home, I love seeing these type of videos because I am interested in purchasing one. I have seen quite a few modular home videos, but I really like this one, because of the floor plan and all the upgrades. This would be perfect for me and my family. Thanks for sharing, it really helps me see what's available.

I love seeing the homes at night! It gives a great idea of what going home every night could look like. However, showing off more main details. (Closets, upstairs. Ect.) Would be nice too.

SOFT-CLOSE CABINET DOORS --《life changing detail》 We also have stool lid in our bathroom that operates the same! Especially once you have children- the sound of slamming cabinets & toilet seats will make you cringe after a short time! Also- some may not realize that cracking in wood can occur after years of slamming shut!! You are gonna change life for those who have not seen or experienced this feature! Fantastic! You may want to consider an allergy med for your throat- rest up- thank you for your presentation of this home!😁

Beautiful exterior. The exterior lighting sets off the home. The living/dining/kitchen are beautiful. Very open and airy. Cozy too. The floors are above average. Not a carpet fan so I’d like the plank doors through the home. In the guest bath the mirror should be framed out. Otherwise nice. In the kitchen I’d put a contrasting color on the island. I’d prefer a uniform countertop. Cabinets are beautiful. Lots of storage. The laundry is above average. Nice farmhouse sink. All the windows give lots of light. Exterior door gives access to the rear of the house. Master suite is a tad small. Maybe the video doesn’t show its size. Barn doors are nice touch. Master bath is a 12/10. Very luxurious. Again mirrors should be framed out. This home screams quality and exceptional design.

Beautiful home. Kitchen is beautiful, and agree there is lots of cabinet space. One thing though, with a walk in pantry, you don't have to worry about trying to reach appliances on those very high shelves. That master bath is gorgeous, did not see a soaker tub. Did I miss it? Beautiful home...hope you feel better soon!

Very gorgeous loved it except ...no vent in ceiling to heat or cool all in floor and there was no tub in master bathroom! Beautifully built but the two no no's I mentioned.

It's 190k for everyone asking about the price. By time you buy the land, pour a foundation, driveway, add your septic and well, utility hook up, landscaping, and a garage/ pole barn you are at 350/400k. Might as well just buy a house.

This home looked absolutely beautiful on the outside and the way that it lights up was was really nice. But I am kind of disappointed because I thought I was going on a complete tour of the home. The home it self is beautiful from what I did see but you seemed to have skipped over areas that I would have liked to have seen. We did not see all of the bedrooms, nor did you show the walk in closet in the master bedroom which really sales the home. We did not see the available space that was upstairs either. I am not sure if that was done on purpose or not but I felt cheated especially because I don't live in the area and the only way that I can actually see these homes is through these kinds of video tours. I appreciate what you did share but really would have loved to see the entire home.

From what i was able to see, it look very nice. But i hope the camera guy learned that details are important, but he has to capture the entire space. Didn't get to see the Master bedroom closet, upstairs and the rest of the home. I saw the kitchen at least three times. 💁
