77 degrees at 11pm must be a heat wave going on right now. Did they rename Nickerbocker Arena? Times Union Center?

Yes I believe, renamed it to Pepsi Arena then renamed it to the Times Union Center

Albany, NY the Capital of New York State has been in socio-economic decline since the 1940s or 1950s. It's much reduced in population and business activity since the 1950s or 1960s.
