Ian has bd & that’s what his entire storyline conveys. MITO is essentially the character he becomes when he dips into his manic lows and Mr. Insanity- the more vibrant character in this music video is who he becomes when he’s in a high manic state. So I danced & Peanut Butter & Tears are all part of this new album “Dear Insanity” which is a prequel to the first two MITO albums he released. It’s also important to know that MITO is an archangel who takes form of a human and both him and Mr. Insanity are at war because MITO believes that Mr. Insanity is the god of the universe they’re in which is called “The Other Side” . So “Dear Insanity” is a prologue and side story to the main storyline all in one.

Maaan I hope you just watched his IG live, it was so insightful. He explained that this is Mr. Insanity (Not Ian) and in this stage he is in his hi state of mind, but a little too hi. Manic. And also it refers to these lucid dreams he was always able to tap into since he was a child. This is why he is doing whatever he wants and it looks so chaotic, but he said Mito is basically the guardian of his mind once he learned to embrace Mito, so he grounds Mr. Insanity to stop him from going overboard, to keep balance. But Mr. Insanity doesn't like that this fragment of his imagination that he created himself not has the power to shut him down, hence why he is running away and getting into another door. He explained the doors are different parts of his mind he can tap into. It's pretty interesting..

Ian has bipolar 1 disorder and DID which is dissociative identity disorder. Mito is his character that is almost like is guardian, he holds all of the trauma memories and such. Mr. Insanity is Ian when he is at his highest highs which can be destructive. Ian uses them to tell, show, represent his stories/life. (Information from his lives)
