Every week this year I have written down the highlight of the week and that is put in a tub to go through at new year. 2022 has been about me focussing on the small wins to keep my focus in a more positive space. Love the sign affirmations are so helpful! My fav is “after rain, Sun”

We have a ‘memory jar’ in our family where we jot down memories, good or bad, throughout the year and put the piece of paper in the jar. Then we empty it at Christmas or New Year and read them out to each other. I also keep a diary of what I’ve done each day and have done since I was 18! I followed in the footsteps of my dad. 😊

High, watching my son & family drive in to the driveway beginning of June (even though they were an hour early and I wasn’t ready enough). Low, latest narcissist attack from close family member (and that person’s cat being run over & killed recently) 💖🌻💖
