I've worked in the medical field for 3+ decades. I would follow her advice over most 'medical' Drs. She 'teaches' people. Dr's do not. She is actually more educated than a large percentage of Dr.s' who cannot sit down and communicate the why for a test or lab, nor can they explain the reason behind the findings as deeply as she can. If I were to expose a sampling of what I see everyday, just a sampling, people would be up in arms. Ever wonder why people who are admitted to the hospital have all the same admission orders? This is not an exaggeration. Many Drs get their continuing education from Pharmaceutical reps BTW, if they get it at all. If I say anymore, I might lose my job.

I went 3 times to emergency ward for a high BP and Pulse rate...for over 10 years i suffered this. Even though i told them i had acid reflux after every meal they put me on higher BP dosage despite no heart issues at each scan. The problem still persisted. I was admitted finally in 2022 with high BM and pulse and at the same time my sister sent me Barbara link where i learnt what my problem was acid reflux and gastrities and hoW to manage it. I followed her solutions after i left the hospital and it is truely amasing and i have never felt so good. A young Dr at the hospital however did diagnose me correctly and put me on 2 weeks medications after which i followed Barbara's solution. I am most grateful to Barbara and truely she is a GOD sent. A couple of years ago I read a great little book on natural healing called ‘My Physician, Myself’, written by an older man who cured himself of a number of maladies without medical intervention. It’s available on Amazon and well worth the read. You might also look into the work of Luigi Cornaro, a Venetian nobleman who lived to 102.

I watch her youtube about gut health, it was very very helpful. My son was getting 10 to 12 stool a day, but non of the drs gave him right medication. Her talk said to give sleppery elm and aloe vers juice. Which i followed n my son is fine now, no more loose stools. I thank God for Babara. God is good all the time.

I prayed for God to help me with my sugar control. My A1c just kept going up north matter what I did. As I was scrolling through the you tube channels, I came across Barbara O'Neill videos. I have since watched many of her videos. My sugar, which seemed to always be over or around 200. Is now between 70 and 99 in the morning. I'm so thankful God brought her videos to my attention.

I started taking sea salt on my tongue and then drank half glass of water. I stopped drinking when I eat. I still haven’t changed my diet, but in just a few days my readings started being lower. I’ve struggled since 2001 to lower my readings with no success. But then I prayed the Lord would help me learn how to make my body insulin resistant. I believe the Lord brought Barbara O’Neill videos to my attention.

I trained my father in law with this principles. Interval training, breathing exercise, good food. One years, stop medication, no more gout, no more high blood pressure, at 90 he was better than at 70. But you need more than just that. God (KJV) play the most important part.

Yes, I will follow her advice, among others like her. I suffered a debilitating muscular disease for 20 years losing the use of parts of my body until I changed my diet from the SAD way of eating. I am doing fantastic now. Less the damage that was done taking my meds and them trying to get me to take more. I started eating differently and taking herbs. I don't believe the medical system is about healing, just maintaining or worse. You do not have to go to school to learn, you can become a master at anything if you desire and put in the time. I also believe human subject studies, actually using these practices on live human beings, with the principles Barbara O'Neil uses is proof. Proof that far exceeds animal studies. Thanks to her teachings I saved my uterus 3 years ago when several accredited doctors suggested a hysterectomy to stop the heavy bleeding caused by two small fibromes!!!! I rejected the surgery option, then they suggested ablation, which a dear friend went through during that time too, and now she is suffering from severe circulation issues in her legs that she never had before the procedure. And as an ultimate option they offered me birth control pills to stop the beading, however they never tested my hormonal levels therefore they couldn't have known what type of pill could be adequate for my case. Unfortunately I have to wait to go to my country (Venezuela) to get all my diagnostics done because it is 1000% cheaper there even though the country is sunk in the most gruesome inflation in the world! I can get an entire blood panel test (major diseases and ailments) for about $500, ultrasound for $50 with my private doctor without a previous appointment in most instances. Magnetic resonance around $200, x rays $20, etc. So I will wait until January to see the status of my fibromas. The only thing I can tell you is that following the diet that she recommends and taking the supplements helped me to stop bleeding and getting my menstruation somewhat on track. It is not perfect clock work as it used to but at least it comes once a month with a normal blood flow, not waterfalls like it was a few years ago. I watch my iron intake and I try to supplement other alternative products such as vitamin C, vitamin B complex + B12 (I'm vegetarian), zink, potassium, vitamin D, chlorophyll, digestive enzymes, ashuaganda, minerals, L-lysine, etc. I take these products one at a time in different cycles. I personally don't like to mix too many at one time. I've try to go to the doctors here but they refuse to do tests they find unnecessary, instead they just want to give medication and surgery. The few times I was able to receive the diagnosis I was able to design my own strategy to correct the condition by changing my diet, eliminating some habits and staying away from big pharma!

I’ve recently been listening to Barbara. There may be some things I may not agree with but most I would. Doctors rarely look for the root cause to health issues, so they will give you a prescription for a medication that causes other issues. Many are well today because of life saving meds, many are in worse shape because of meds. She does mention common sense & we should all agree on that. God gave us a brain to use! I’d much rather try natural remedies before taking medications. We also need to agree some people absolutely need certain meds. Let’s not sway too far on either side. I believe in functional medicine over Western medicine any day. Look at everything. I like knowing she is a Christian woman. Thank you.

I always take Barbara's advice and filter it through my own intuition which is the essence of source creator. Then I also do further research and have so far found her right on the mark every time! I have grown to trust Barbers advice and recommend her tips to my friends and loved ones. It is wise and beneficial to be discerning with an open mind, but not to be fearful and gullible. It is helpful that I'm also a retired nurse and a nutrition coach and can scrutinize quite easily. Barbara gets high marks in my opinion! I would definitely go to her retreat in a hot second if I had the extra funds!
