I can’t take the flu or pneumonia shot anymore. As a person living with a compromised Immune system due to AIDS, it’s very hard dealing with a cold. The last two times I got sick, it was due to taking the flu and pneumonia vaccine. As soon as I did, I developed pneumonia; and for me that’s scary because my ex-wife and many of my old friends and clients died from pneumonia. When Covid came around, I had just been discharged from the hospital due to my last pneumonia. So, when my doctor suggested I take the Covid vaccine; I said no, because I knew my body was not going to be able to deal with it. All through the COVID scene, I never got sick; thank GOD. After that, I decided that I would try natural remedies first; then if I don’t have any other choice, I would take pills. After two small strokes that made retire from working, I couldn’t use salt and everything tasted nasty; and wasn’t able to eat what I craved for a little bit over a year. One day my strip-daughter saw your video on Salt and she sent it to me. Today, I’m able to eat regularly and keep good HBP counts, by using Pink Himalayan Salt. I tried the Celtic Salt and it also works great, but it has been kind of hard to obtain it. I wanted to say, thank you for your videos. I haven’t tried the cold bomb, but I know I will. I CALL BULLSHIT!!!!! Plant Base Diet prevents and stop cancer MY ASS!!!! It is the sugar in your diet that feeds the cancer not healthy animal protein and healthy fats like beef fat or fat from a fatty fish. People who primarily eat a place base diet often look unhealthy or even frail. I have been doing the carnivore diet for the most part for about a year now. It seemed to help my mental health so much I could not turn back. Not to mention I lost 50 pounds. I RARLY eat veggies and I eat no fruit. I primarily eat fatty red meat like Ribeye steaks. I also eat a lot of bacon. I often a pound of bacon in one day. Animal fat does not make you fat if you cut out the carb and sugar. It also has health benefits. I say the fattier the meat the better. I am 47 and in good health and I ant got no caner from eating a healthy primarily animal base diet. This doctor is pushing a narrative and much of what he says in this video is bullshit.

I had a lump, about an inch big at my buttocks, did not go to the doctors as it did not bother me much. After 4 years it stated hurting and some times bits of blood stains at my underwear. I came across the healing properties of neem oil. I soaked neem oil, put the soaked gauze on the lump wiith a tape. I changed it every 2 days. At the 10 day the lump size reduced to a pin head. I've heard that people should Not eat anything soy because our system was not made for it. While I agree with Barbara, in order for me to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep, I'd have to be dead 😢 I'm lucky to get 5 as a 73 year young adult.
