My son also did this for me! I'm 50 and have EDS, fibromyalgia, visceral and skin hypersensitivity amongst other conditions. It is helping me stay up most of the day (used to be in bed all day)and sleeping way better at night. Obviously doesn't fix everything but the dial has definitely gone way down on my pain. This is a far superior lecture presentation. Thank you for your care and thorough research, and also for recommending the usage of herbal cannabis over a prescribed, synthetic remedy. It shows that you care about people and not about lining your pockets. Thank you for going into the different methods of using, the dosages, and onset. Really excellent work!

I have severe neuropathy! I'm talking electrical pain that feels like sharp hard shocking that can buckle you on your tracks and scream uncontrollably cannabis has been a significant part of my life since 1994, and cannabis has NEVER provided any type of analgesic effect, and I have gone through some exceptional pain from my congenital disease. At my prime I was using up to 3.5 grams a day, but currently use1 gram of flower a day through a table top vaporizer. By nature this eliminates smoke only to administer cannabinoids with little to no particles, tar and carcinogens inhaled depending on the thermostat setting.

Thank you, Dr. Schecter, for sharing. I have an elderly family member who suffers from chronic pain and traditional medicinal interventions have proven ineffective. This is a great introduction to the Endocannabinoid system and its importance in pain management.
