Great interview! I’m have schizophrenia, and I’m about 2 weeks in doing a ketogenic diet. I’m so grateful that word reached me about this intervention. I feel a lot better, and I’m a quarter down on my meds. Thanks for all the information!

Mental health issues fully destroyed my life. My diet made me completely psychotic and I lost my family. I am carnivore now and my brain is much better, but it is too late for me. The damage to my life was done. I live with nothing but regret and am so angry about the horrible diet advice out there. All I ever tried to do was follow the guidelines in order to be healthy and I got more and more sick. Thank you for saving future generations from the hell I’ve been through.

Eat whole natural foods, especially nonstarchy carbohydrates--vegetablessuch as cooked & salad greens, onions, garlic; low-sugar/low-glycemic fruits (berries, avocado, apples, etc.); proteins; and fats, including sourced from nuts & seeds. Make water the primary beverage. Focus on minimizing sugars and foods the body "recognizes" as sugar--starchy foods. ❤
