I use to couldn’t stand Dr Heavenly when she first come on the show because she was so ghetto and saying your moma and she was suppose to be more professional but she has grown on me. Alaura had grown to be a beautiful young woman. She is really beautiful and I’m glad she is doing good 🙏🏾💯😍❤️🤎

Heavenly, don't tell ppl if they can't afford a 15 year fixed mortgage...they can't afford a house. A 30 year mortgage is just fine. The average home owner only stays in their home for 7 years and will pay it off when they sell. A 30 year fixed mortgage will help their payments stay affordable and keep more money in their pocket for their life. Everyone is not rich

Maybe try to learn instead of being defensive. She didn’t say you can’t afford a house. She said you can’t afford THE house. Meaning that particle house if you can’t pay it off in half the time. It’s actually a good rule, because people are house poor and a primary residence is not an asset because it doesn’t cash flow.

Sorry for your loss, I’m praying for you 🙏🏾 I haven’t lost my moma but I have loss my sister 3 years ago and now my son was just murdered 3 months ago and it hurts so badly. We all were so close I have my 2 step daughters and now my 2 own daughters left My step kids brother by their mom got killed and now their only other brother my biological son just got killed also. So now we only have our 4 girls. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💔💔💔😢😢😢
