I enjoyed watching this video! I need a easy, healthy Meal plan as I return to work after the new year and won't have a lot of time. I'll be doing a cardio workout daily for about 20-30 min. This video was very helpful as I did Keto a few years back and was able to lose weight but I'm struggling to sustain. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated! I remember subscribing to your channel when I was preparing to have my twins 4 years ago and have been following ever since, especially when covid hit. I went to your channel for advice regarding the vaccine. Please keep the content coming! ❤

I like to prep just protein and having a veggie that I can quickly boil/roast/or just shred. Then carbs are easy. I always have rice or bread. This allows me to mix up my meals with minimal prep. “Prep ingredients. Not meals”

😅I literally started watching when Jenny was in med school and i was also in med school, then she became a mom and i also became a mom 😂she had another baby then I had another baby 😂. She has now influenced me to go into powerlifting 😂😂😂

It’s liquid chalk! Apply as a liquid and drys chalky. Less messy and great for travel

I get really dizzy during my lifts if I don’t have enough salt. I cook majority of my food so won’t have to do this if you eat out more often
