I had a remote coeherence healing yesterday. So far I haven't felt any difference. But I do believe it will get better! 🙏🤲

Yes I don’t think I had big major changes instantly but it takes time. Be patient with your journey which is unique to you 🙏

Energy can get stuck in our biofield. In my experience with biofield tuning (the facilitator uses tuning forks to 'comb' it ) as releases happened, images, emotions etc would flash across my imagination. Definitely beneficial ❤

It depends on the group, on the first ones they wanted cameras switched off. With another group they wanted them on at the beginning to try and connect with you. Then you can turn them off. It depends on the group. Hope that helps

I found it helpful to do a heart opening meditation such as GoLov20 (free on KZfaq) or make a gratitude list. The hardest bit for me was being in a state to receive and that I felt worthy of it

I think so! It wasn’t immediate, for me it takes a little while for me to notice the change. And I need to keep meditating and stop myself slipping back into old ways! But it definitely gives you a shift that you know you had a healing
