+BadSneakers That guitarist is the guitarist for the Funky Meters, Leo Nocentelli, the Meters were the rhythm section for Dr. John on that album, been playing with him for many years.

I'm 55 now. This blew my mind. I remember Sunday, after church heading to the grocery store in the station wagon and Dad had this playing on an 8 track. So cool. Thanks for the memories. 👍

I saw Dr. John in Vegas for Free. He was awesome. Found out years later after moving away from New Orleans that we had the same Drug dealer connection.
