It Makes Going To Work Each Morning Enjoyable. I was a design engineer for 30 years. Now i get to Cook for Fun and Doe, excuse the Pun lol

As a professional chef this one made me laugh. It's a really hard job on the surface. It's even harder to do it properly and it's even harder to do it extremely well. High stress, fast pace environments where you have to pay attention to detail at every step are where I thrive the most....I suffer from generalized anxiety and for some reason the stress of this environment doesn't trigger that response in me. I don't understand it but I really enjoy the work I do especially when people come up to our window in the kitchen and tell us how good their meal was.

This is the first time I've ever watched Jordan Peterson but I can relate to how he's feeling. When I was a kid growing up there was this McDonald's in my town and they used to make the best cheeseburgers with ketchup only. And then I moved away, raised my own family and didn't go back to my hometown for 20 years. Amazingly enough that McDonald's was still there and I went in and ordered two cheeseburgers with ketchup only. It just wasn't the same. Have two cheese with sticking out of the side of the bun and there was just a tiny bit of ketchup on it. I wanted to go talk to the guy who is making the cheeseburgers but there were 30 people in line so I just left. Sad
