Best Doc Marten Chelsea review. Thanks for keeping it short and sweet yet thorough.

I bought my first pair of Doc Martens boots and oh boy, they won’t be the last. I got the 2976 fur lined Chelsea boots in grain leather ambassador black. I am between sizes 7.5 and 8. Based on the review, I decided to go with size 8. I find them running a little big but that easily got resolved with wearing my cashmere socks. I am worried size 7 will be too tight so I kept the 8 and I’m glad I did. They are unbelievably VERY comfortable right out of the box. I’m so glad I got them. I will definitely wear them a lot for the rest of this cold season. I don’t mind the weight. It doesn’t bother me at all. If you were thinking about getting a pair of these boots, you should go for it. You will not get disappointed. It’s worth the money.

Nice content, I agree with you. DM 2976 is a Masterpiece for me. My Chelsea is still in pristine condition, knowing that it's already over 11 years. Yes, more than 11 years. Surely, DM won't let you down.

Just bought this same pair in the store in Soho. I was happy to try on a variety of sizes in the store rather than order on line and go through the return process. Since they are unisex I bought a 7 but usually wear an 8. My foot was swimming in the size 8! I have just a bit of pinky toe squish on the right but I think I can work it out through some stretching. I agree with the ease of on and off, no lacing!

Will these be good with formals ? Not sure if it can be a blend of casual and formal

Hi, i have a question about the leather. Is it as water resistent as the smooth leather on your lace-up ones if handled correctly? thinking about getting the 101 ambassador ones but i'm not sure if my feet will stay dry in them when the weather is wet.

Are they accurate in sizing I am a 9 1/2 not sure if I should lean toward a 10 or size down some people say size down 😣

I have a wide foot I stopped in the store in manhattan and asked if they came in wide , sad they don’t but she said the unisex tend to be wider ? should I try . I didn’t try them on in the store ugh regrets!!
