cameron schirano i’d just say wear them around the house with two pairs of thick socks before wearing them out. don’t wear them for a whole day immediately that’ll just give you blisters and hurt your feet A LOT. try to break them in as much as you can before wearing them out daily but if you want to wear them out right now be prepared for the pain lol

hana banana This is kind of a late response, but I’ve had mine for quite awhile now. As long as you take care of them they’ll be fine. Any little specks of dust or dirt will wipe right off them. Mine are still in perfect condition. They might crease, but mine haven’t even really did that. Depends how you take care of your shoes I guess. I hope this helped.

Hi hun! If you're considering both this is what I'll let you know. Since the platforms have a thicker sole, the leather of the shoes crease less because your feet don't bend as much in them which I love, but some people I know don't like how heavy they feel on their feet when they walk long distances (it doesn't bother me, but I think that's something to consider). The regular 1460's are a little more practical for everyday use, but it really is just preference. You'd rock either, just get whatever ones make your heart the happiest. :)

hi! I actually prefer the normal 1460’s. I’ve had mine for around 4 years and I’ve worn them through snow, rain and so on. The only issue I would consider with the platforms is the weight and if you’d be able to walk fine considering ice, snow and so forth. Either way I hope you find a pair you love! They’re definitely my best friends :)
