Intrinsic motivation is preferred to extrinsic motivation because it is self-determined and does not depend on reinforcement by the environment. Dr Meheret you are on your way to heal individual, family and society at large.

በእርግጥ ከባድና አሻሚ ምርጫ ነው … ነገር ግን የመጀመሪያው ይሄ ወይንስ ያ ከሚለው እይታ ቢወጡና ማናልባትም የአባትዎን ህልም እርስዎ ብቻ ሳይሆኑ ልጆችዎም የሚጋሩት ቢሆን … በሌላ አነጋገር ልጆችዎም የአባትዎን ህልም የማስፈጸሚያው አካል ቢሆኑ … ሌላው ደግሞ እርስዎም ልጆችዎ አድገው ከራሳቸው ህልም ባሻገር የርስዎን ህልም አስቀጣይ እንዲሆኑ እነርሱ ላይ ኢንቨስት ማድረግዎ እጅግ ጠቃሚ ይመስለኛል … ከዚህ በተጨማሪ ልጆችዎ ራሳቸውን ችለው የሚሄዱበትም ቀን እንደሚያስቡት ሩቅ ስለማይሆን እነርሱን ቸል አለማለቱ ጥበብ ይመስለኛል።
