So often we are lead by populism and opinion, Michael lead with science, not only that he would test it and bring it to us in an easy to understand way. He was a treasure.

So engaging and personable, while watching this I briefly forgot that he was dead and that there will be no more opportunities to hear about his latest research, or benefit from his insights. So much to look forward to, he was taken far too soon. We will miss him. I hope we will remember him.

Women this can also be menopause. Look at magnesium as well. Great for sleep.

If someone could find the fix for my problem it would be fantastic 😂 It gets to about 10pm-11pm, i find I'm falling asleep, so then i go to the toilet and then get settled in bed only to feel wide awake then😆so aggravating! Lol then takes a while to get back to feeling sleepy again!
