Just listening to the first couple minutes and the last couple minutes (which I did not do!), told me more than I found out listening to hours of other videos. Thank you for a very well-done video!! My grown son, I believe, has CCI, and has been lying in bed for almost a year and is being treated for mold toxicity and Lyme, among other things, but I’ve been thinking that it may be his forward head posture and cervical instability. I took him to a NUUCA chiropractor, and he was feeling better, but he began to feel too sick to go after he had Covid in January of this year. He’s been going for hypnotherapy, the treatments for mold toxicity and tick-borne illnesses, and now we have to concentrate on the structural issue he’s had since his severe TBI, when they sent him to rehab instead of checking his neck! This is killing me to deal with his anxiety, depression, delirium, agitation, mood swings, talking and crying about his pain and symptoms. I can’t get anything done because I’m his caretaker, and I’m constantly being interrupted by his crises. I also broke my arm, and I have no help. 😢

@@Kylehudgins He says the same thing! I did make an appointment with my pain doctor, because none if his doctors will give him anything. I hope he gets some relief, but it’s not until after Christmas. It really is living hell dnd it hurts to go anywhere because the car ride hurts. He’s so frustrated, he yells at me constantly! I’m doing the best I can since I one arm is in a sling and my shoulders is broken and I can’t drive. He paces, and can’t get comfortable enough to meditate or watch a movie. His focus is all over the place. One thing that helped for a while is a refill we had for ivermectin! We have a 90 day supply, but his doctor can’t get more. Can you get that? Why don’t they prescribe ivermectin anymore?!

@@Kylehudgins Same situation as your son but I'm on my early 40's and alone, lost my home etc. Barely surviving everyday and I feel like I might die. Your son is so fortunate to have you taking care of him. I hope he realizes that. I have no caregiver, no help or support at all. Doing this all alone. Can I ask what the IVR helped him with specifically? I also cannot get into any pain management that helps. I was on heavy medications for years just to survive and they took me off a long with other chronic pain patients who legit need them to survive and now it's been years and I cannot find anyone to prescribe. My skull is crushing my brain stem and spinal cord for 13 years now and I can't get pain medication and I'm going to all the neurosurgeons for this and everything. It's completely criminal and ridiculous. Anyway, I hope your son gets some relief and improvement.

@@0220LMB omg! I just read your comment! I’m crying! I will send prayers to you! I’m 68,disabled, alone with my son whom isn’t supposed to be living here, but his father has mold in his house and he hasn’t gotten it remedied I’m 4 years, so the ex comes here every night and weekends and stays the night a lot. I’m trying to do my best, but I don’t have the money nor the room for them! It’s so negative here and I can rarely see my 7 year-old granddaughter! She’s the only thing that makes me happy. I’m in so much pain right now, I’m lying in bed trying to feel well e Pugh to call one of the 5 doctors I see. Bloodwork today for Lyme and live Babesia. A freakin parasite is alive inside me! No wonder I get headaches every day!!! I have to have someone drive me. Where do you live? I’m in Rochester, MI.

@@Tinyteacher1111 Thank you so much for your prayers. This is terrifying to be homeless in this condition and level of pain. Literally homeless. It's hard enough when one has a roof over their heads and caregiver. These conditions took the very home I needed to survive in from me. I'm really not expecting to survive the year at this point. I'm so sorry for your son. I'm in the north east US.

What about muscle guarding in the mastoid that compensates for ligamentus failure. Especially the longitudinal ligaments. Apical ( primordial stability ligament ) etc etc

Sometimes I wake up, and roll over and all of a sudden I have a problem with an almost explosive need to use my bowels. It happens at the same time as a nasty grinding sound in my neck. I suppose that is psychogenic?? Thankyou Dr Koby for supporting my understanding that it is not. There are too many people who have got in to medicine in the Western world with next to no understanding of anatomy.

I'm tackling this issue myself, and am not keen on surgery. Your observation at 6:38 suggests that my basic aim of only bending forward with the neck fully retracted (as per the Yoga pose called Cobra) might be a reasonable idea.

Did you look into an upper cervical chiropractor? They can help a lot with this stuff.

6:36 what's this measurement called? Like grabb oakes or whatever? Is there a name for it? Or is it just movement between flexion and extension and there's not really a special name for it? Mine is about .8cm forward and .4cm backward.
