If mind is active and will is strong no one can confuse us. Only if emotional ground is given we can be hurt. If we let our mind and will to handle a situation no body can confuse us.

ഇതേ gas lighting 21 വര്‍ഷമായി അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു. Self നെ തന്നെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. ഒരു വര്‍ഷം മുമ്പാണ് ഇത് ഇങ്ങനെ videos ലൂടെ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയത്. Gas lighting, manipulation, blame shift എല്ലാം ഉള്ള relationship ആണ്

"No pain no pleasure," he says. Nowadays people prefer behavior modified narcissism than hardwork of connecting with repressed-pain that is causing narcissistic behavior.

Gaslighting മാരകം തന്നെയാണ്. നമ്മുടെ റിയാലിറ്റി യെ മുഴുവനായി അവർ warp ചെയ്യും. വെറുമൊരു പരിചയം, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സുഹൃത്ത് മാത്രം ആണ് നിങ്ങളിടപെടുന്ന narcissist എങ്കിൽ നമ്മുടെ willpower and mental stability കൊണ്ട് ഒരു വിധം അവരെ തടുത്തുനിർത്താൻ പറ്റും. പക്ഷേ ഒരു married relationship ആവുമ്പോൾ നമ്മൾ emotionally ഒരുപാട് compromise ചെയ്യും. അത് inevitable ആണ്. അത് തുടങ്ങിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പിന്നെ പതിറ്റാണ്ടുകൾ എടുക്കും നമ്മുടെ സ്വത്വം അവർ നശിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ. അപ്പോഴേക്കും നല്ല പ്രായം കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കും. എന്നാലും അത്യാവശ്യം നല്ല strong self esteem ഉള്ളവർ പതിയെ ഇതിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തുവരും. But worst case scenario face ചെയ്യുന്നത് ജനിച്ചു വീഴുന്ന കുട്ടികളാണ്. അവർ blank canvas ആണ്. എല്ലാം ആദ്യമായി പഠിക്കുന്നു. അവരുടെ യാഥാർത്ഥ്യത്തെ ഒന്നോടെ ഒരു കൊകൂണിൽ അടച്ച് വെളിച്ചം നിഷേധിച്ച് ഇതാണ് നിൻ്റെ ലോകം, ഇതാണ് നിൻ്റെ സ്വത്വം, ഇതാണ് നിൻ്റെ abilities ൻ്റെ പരിധി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു വളർത്തുമ്പോൾ ഇതെല്ലാം തകർത്തെറിഞ്ഞു പുറത്ത് വരാൻ അത്ര എളുപ്പം അല്ല. അവിടെയാണ് gaslighting വളരെ dangerous ആവുന്നത്. They'll most probably end up knowing nothing about themselves or what are the limits of their potential. It's really easy to trust a narcissist cuz that's how crafty they are.

A victim from a family where all are narcissists🤚(in-laws) Dealt with 4 of them in one-go & the 5th youngest has started showing similar signs of his family members 😮
