Recognizing this actually made me convinced why he chose Education (even if some people probably see him as overqualified or too arrogant for it) instead of just burying his head in research like the other geniuses do. Like, he genuinely reminded me of some of the better teachers I've had in the past.

I forgot the specifics of this, but one of his conversations was along the lines of asking Trailblazer if they wanted to pursue higher education. I answered honestly with a no, and I expected Dr. Ratio to be angry. But instead he told Trailblazer that's fine, pursing something like college is not for everyone and shouldn't be expected that everyone goes for a higher education just because society dictates it. It made me appreciate Dr. Ratio a whole lot more as a character. Also bless him for being free, he carries me through Imaginary weakness fights 😭🙏

Yes I remember that !! Fr tho, this man, despite how he sounds and acts, is very much an educator. I genuinely think the reason Nous has not acknowledged him at all is due to this sense of humanity he still has. From what we've seen of the Genius Society so far, they have this disturbing lack of care towards the wellbeing of living beings, especially if it will benefit their research. Dr. Ratio very much still cares, and that's why he hasn't been noticed at all.

@@user-ho2zz5jp7t Stephen is another exception. Chadwick changed and remained bound to a life of mysery in regret of what he had created and to not let it fall into the wrong hands, of course his past sins are too elevated, but to say he remained selfish and uninterested in others until the end would be wrong. Herta's a bit in between but still acts surprisingly selfless if she does "appreciate" someone and we have seen it. Elias we don't know much of to have guarantees, but given he wanted the Geniuses to come together and genuinely wishes easier lives for the universe and happier for the Society, he also doesn't sound all that bad, was also extroverted so not as distant as some others that we know of. Definitely Screwllum's not the only exception to the norm, although probably the most kind out of the whole Society. There are also a lot of Geniuses we have yet to "meet" (probably just learn of) anyways, and some were rather short lived, I'm sure we'll get more info about "nice" geniuses.
