"Viele bunte Päckchen" is the German version of the Mel Tormé classic "The Christmas Song“ from 1945.
Dr. Ring Ding had already released a Reggae version of the original on his album „Once A Year“, but here comes the holiday treat for all germanophones and -philes. Delivered with a fairytale teller voice on a cozily grooving rhythm - you can almost smell the cinnamon in the air…
It came out as the flipside of the 7-inch vinyl single "Christmas Again" on Jump Up Records.
